Following the recent break-in and vandalism at the hospital on July 29th all key cards are being manually rest. When you report to work on Monday the 10th you will be responsible for dropping your card off at the security kiosk in the administrations building. The process will take approximately forty-eight hours. In the mean time we will resort to our backup pin-number system for all key carded doors. If you do not recall your assigned pin number please ask for it to be reset when you drop off your card.

This is mandatory. Disciplinary action will be taken if cards are not dropped off.
